Regrind / Remanufacture
Our cutting tool into four broad categories based on usage:
- Standard cutting tools, coated and uncoated, for general purpose machining. Includes flat bottom, ball nose, and radius geometries, along with burs, spot drills, and engraving tools.
- High Velocity cutting tools for 3-D milling and other rapid feed applications. Includes flat bottom, ball nose, and radius geometries.
- X-Mill Roughers for high speed machining in anything from tool steels to more challenging materials. Includes flat bottom, ball nose, and radius geometries.
- Aluminum tools for high-speed aluminum machining. Includes roughing, finishing, and chatterless varieties in flat bottom, ball nose, and radius geometries.
We also manufacture a wide variety of custom tooling, from simple diameter modifications to complex step drills. We accept prints all major file formats, and provide same-day quotations, as well as engineering expertise.
