High Velocity Series End Mills are specially engineered for extremely high speed and feeds. They are made from premium nanograin carbide and have specially ground cutting edges for applications in hardened steels. They are coated with an especially hard and heat resistant coating extended life. They have a 40° helix, right hand cut, centre cutting.

In-Stock Cutters

We feature a full line of standard cutters suitable for many different applications.

Standard (Blue Line) cutters are general purpose endmills, burs, and spot drills. They are suitable for general purpose machining. They come in both uncoated and AlTiN coated varieties, and select cutters are available in TiN and TiCN coatings as well.
X-Mill (Green Line) cutters are our Patent Pending Variable Helix roughing endmills. Where traditional tools wear out quickly in demanding roughing applications, the X-Mill rougher is designed for extended life, excellent surface finished, and exceptional feed rates. X-Mills are available in flat bottom, radius, and ball nose varieties. They are coated with our proprietary Primex coating.
High Velocity (Red Line) cutters are designed for rapid feeds & speeds in challenging applications, such as 3D milling, hard material milling, and profile milling. High Velocity cutters are often used in mould-making applications. They are available in our heat-resistant Tekna coating.
A-Mill (Silver Line) cutters are our Patent Pending aluminum cutter, suitable for high speeds & feeds even in the toughest aluminum milling applications. There are three varieties of A-Mills to fit your application: the A-Mill Rougher, the A-Mill Rougher/Finisher, and the A-Mill Chatterless. They come in uncoated and ZrN coating.
